Well all blogs have to start somewhere.. and I suppose this is a good a place as any.

I freely admit this is an experiment ... I may blog for a couple of days and then leave it for a week... then another... and finally get to the point where I've forgotten my log in details and a layer of dust will form over this page.. and here it will remain.. cluttering up cyber space.

I'm rambling.. ( this, "dear reader" will be a feature of my blog) I feely admit...I have a tendency to ramble - I apologise to anyone in advance. Don't say I didn't warn you :-)

A brief intro... that would be a good idea I think.

My name is James, I'm 31, I live in a large village in Cheshire (Near to Manchester UK). I have an overly friendly, highly excitable and somewhat bouncy Labrador ( no he doesn't take after his owner) and an eccentric cat who is lovely, once that is she has come out of her hiding place (behind the dishwasher) long enough, to allow you to get to know her.

I have some fantastic friends who I am lucky enough to see (or at least speak to) on a regular basis.
I also have ... a love of film.. cult TV.. comedy.. F1.. driving.. cooking and oh yes...being sarcastic :-)The latter is only ever in fun.. and entirely my mother's fault. - thanks mum :-) I think she must have left it to me in her will ;-)
